Mera Peak (6461 m) climbing is the most challenging but technically straight forward trekking peak in Nepal located in the Hinku Valley of Khumbu region. Mera peak is the most stunning and highest trekking peak in Nepal with its height of (6,461m / 21,190 ft) from the sea level. Though summiting Mera peak is a most thrilling trekking expedition even for the adventurers the peak is the most rewarding one regarding to the scenery it has to offer. Mera Peak (6,654 m.) rises to the south of Everest dominating the watershed between the heavily wooded valleys of the Hinku and Hongu Drangkas. Mera peak was first summated by J.O.M. Roberts and Sen Tenzing on 20th May 1953.

Mera peak climbing is the excellent combination of the most challenging and exciting peak climbing and trekking through the awe - inspiring vicinity of the Khumbu region. Mera peak climbing starts as we travel via scenic mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. From Lukla we trek all the way through the usual trekking trail of Khumbu passing the Zatra La pass and Mera La pass on the ninth day we reach the Hinku valley where we make our Camp. There are several routes to the summit of Mera peak all of which are difficult. Among all these we will follow the standard route as ascend via other routes contains huge crevasses and Glaciers that may decrease the factor of safety. The peak of Mera offers the panoramic view of Chamlang, Kangchenjunga, Makalu, and Baruntse in the east and the peaks of Cho-Oyu, Ama Dablam and Kangtega to the west. The ascent is not technically demanding and offers the amazing views of almighty eight thou sander like Everest, Lhotse and Makalu will satisfy your ambition on this excellent Himalayan climb.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu 1310 m. Welcome Program by Crown Himalaya Treks member and direct transfer  to  Hotel in Kathmandu with Bed & Break plan

Day 02: Flight: Kathmandu-Lukla, trek to Chutanga 3050 m 4 hours and overnight Camp/ Lodge

Day 03: Trek to Zatrwa La 4610 m 6/7  hours and over night camp/Lodge

Day 04: Trek to Kote 4180m 6/7 hour and overnight Camp/ Lodge

Day 05: Trek to Thangnak 4356 m 6/7 hour and overnight camp/ Lodge

Day 06: Trek to Khare 4659 m 5/6 hours and over night Camp/ Lodge

Day 07: Rest day for acclimatization and preparation climbing overnight at Camp/ Lodge

Day 08: Trek to Mera bascamp 5400 m 5 hours and overnight Camp

Day 09: Climb to high camp 5650 m 3/4 hours and overnight Camp

Day 10: Climb to Mera center 6461 m.summit and back to Khare 8/10 hours and overnight same Camp/ Lodge Today is challenging day due to summit

Day 11: Spare day

Day 12: Trek Down to Kote 4180 m 5/6 hours overnight at camp/ Lodge

Day 13: Trek Down  to Thuli Kharka 4310 m overnight at Camp/ Lodge

Day 14: Trek Down to Lukla 2840 m overnight at Camp/ Lodge

Day 15: Fly Back to kathmandu1310 m, direct transfer to Hotel & Free day in Kathmandu, evening together farewell dinner with Typical Nepali Culture

Day 16: Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination
