Seti River Rafting is one of the most stunning short rivers rafting in Nepal. Seti River is located in the mid western Nepal. The name Seti which exactly means white in Nepali is given to it for the deposition of minerals. Seti River is fed by the Annapurna mountain range and holy Mt. Machapuchare high in the Himalaya and flows down with the great force. The river eventually joins the Trisuli to form the Narayani River. The temperate water of the river adds more relaxation to the trip as the water in the river is heated by the underground spring and geothermal heat.
Seti River Rafting initiate from the rafting take in point at Damauli which falls on the Kathmandu to Pokhara highway. From Damauli you begin your adventurous rafting passing through the eye-catching jungle landscape, green hills and valleys, encountering several bouncy, exciting and plenty of straight forward rapids of class 2 and 3, camping for overnight at the bank of the river near rural settlements. On the second day of the rafting the river joins the Trishuli River and passes the Narayanghat which is a doorway to Chitwan National Park. This exciting white water rafting takes you 35 kilometers along the river until you reach the rafting take out point at Gaighat. Day 01: We drive towards Damauli by tourist bus for 5 hours from Kathmandu if we are in Kathmandu or 2 ½ hours from Pokhara. Start rafting from Damauli and camp at Saranghat.
Day 02: After having breakfast we start rafting until we reach the take out point at Gaighat and transfer to Kathmandu about 5 hours or to Chitwan 3 hours and Pokhara 4 hours.
