Kathmandu Valley: Our tour starts from the Kathmandu itself where we go for full day sightseeing. Kathmandu city is a medieval city packed with the age old heritages, ancient carving, monasteries and temples build in 15th and 16th century. Kathmandu city itself contains more than 30 monuments of historical importance out of which 7 are included in UNESCO World Heritage Site list. Here we visit the pilgrimage and cultural monuments like Pashupatinath Temple / Bouddhanath Stupa / Buddhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu)/ Swayambhunath Stupa / Patan Durbar Squire & Bhaktapur Durbar squire.
Chitwan National Park: From Kathmandu we drive 120 kilometer southwest towards the subtropical lowland to reach Chitwan National park. Chitwan National Park (CNP) is the first national park in Nepal established in 1973. The Park covers an area of 932 square kilometers within the subtropical vegetation of grass land, riverside areas and tall Sal forests. Here we canoe along the Budi Rapti River in the middle of the forest, visit elephant breeding centre, Explore deep into the heart of the forest in Elephant back Safari. Chitwan National park contains the populations of the endangered Great One-horned Rhinoceros, the famous sloth bear and leopard, four species of deer, wild boar, the elusive Royal Bengal tiger, Asiatic Elephants, Golden Monitor lizard, two species of crocodile (marsh mugger and the harmless Gharial), monkeys, python, fresh water Gangetic.
Lumbini: Lumbini is the birth place of Lord Buddha and the most important pilgrimage for the Buddhist all over the world. Here we visit the Mayadevi temple, the sacred garden which is spread over 8 sq. kilometers, Indian Emperor Ashokas commemorative pillar which is listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO. To the south of the pillar, lies the sacred pond Puskarni, where Queen Mayadevi had her bath just before giving birth to the Buddha.
Pokhara city: we reach Pokhara via Tansen from Lumbini. This beautiful City of alpine lake is situated beneath the majestic Annapurna. In Pokhara we go for a boating on the Lakes of Phewa and Begnas , explore through the caves of Mahendra and Chamero, visit Devis's fall, island temple dedicated to the Hindu goddess Ajima, other temples and many more. We also hike through the beautiful hills, farmlands and Gurung villages to reach the famous sunrise and Mountain View points in Sarankot. You can view the most wonderful creation of the nature of the mountains like Annapurna Machhapuchare and Dhaulagiri, emerald hills and valleys and the view of the Pokhara city from the top of the hill.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu 1310m. Welcome program by Crown Himalaya Treks Member and direct transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing by private vehicle (vehicles depend as per the group size) including: Pashupatinath Temple / Bouddhanath Stupa / Buddhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu)/ Swayambhunath Stupa / Patan Durbar Squire & Bhaktapur Durbar squire. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 03: full day tour to Pharping Bajra Yogini:
This full day tour will combine historical places of Pharping Bajra Jogini, Asura cave, Chobar gorge, Lake Taudah and Newari Town of Kirtipur. The tour state 18KM scenic drive South of Kathmandu city center each way, and offer incredible view of country site as well northern part of the Himalayas, Ganesh Himal, Langtang and Gaurishankhar etc.
Day 04: We drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park driving for 160 km via tourist bus. Arrive at hotel in Chitwan and after having lunch we visit elephant breeding Center. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 05: Full day Jungle activities at Chitwan: Early in the morning we go for bird watching, after having breakfast we do canoeing on the Rapti River in hand made canoe, at the day time we do Elephant back safari deep into the jungle and enjoy elephant bathing, and at evening enjoy Tharu cultural show.
Day 06: We take a 192km of scenic drive from Chitwan to Lumbini. We have our lunch and visit Maya Devi temple, Asoka pillar and other. Lumbini is the birth place of lord Buddha and famous Buddhist pilgrimage. Overnight at Hotel in Lumbini.
Day 07: We drive from Lumbini to Tansen (1,310m.) (Palpa). This beautiful place lies at the southern slope of mahabharat range on the way from Lumbini to Pokhara. The places we visit in Tansen are Shrinagar hill Amarnarayan temple and historical Tansen Durbar etc.
Day 08: We drive for 75 kilometers from Tansen to Pokhara. Arrive at hotel and at late afternoon visit lake site and boating on Phewa Lake. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 09: Today early in the morning we visit Sarankot – beat sunrise and mountain view point in the area. It is also a ultimate spot for the adventurous and thrilling paragliding. We return back and go for sightseeing tour in Pokhara which includes boating in Phewa lake, visiting the island temple in a hired boat, window shopping in some handicraft shops in lakeside and many more.
Day 10: We drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu via 5 hours of bus drive or fly for 25 minutes back to Kathmandu via scenic flight.
Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu. Evening farewell dinner in Typical Nepali Culture.
Day 12: Departure from Kathmandu to your onward Destination
