Rolwaling Valley Trek is one of the tough trekking destinations, conversely it gives the most beautiful and wonderful experiences. The Rolwaling trek takes you through the isolated region crossing one of the high pass Trashi Lapcha at 5,755meter, exploring beautiful Glacier lakes, and makes you climb the summit of Parcharmo at 6273m if you get a climbing permit. Rolwaling valley is the East-West Valley lying on foothill of Gauri Shankar (7145m) very near to Tibetan Border. Rolwaling region, by virtue of its unique environment and exceptionally rich bio-diversity has become one of the finest tourist destinations in Nepal. Rolwaling Valley trek starts from Barabise, where we reach via 3 hours of car drive from Kathmandu. From Barabise the trekking trail takes you through the beautiful hills of Kabre passing the Tinsang la pass and heading up the scenic, steep-sided valley of the Tama Koshi we reach Bigu Gompa which literally means 'seed' in Sherpa language. This Gompa resides more than 300 nuns and two main festivals are celebrated in this Gompa like “Manirimdu” celebrated in Tengboche Gompa in Khumbu region. From the Gompa the trail descends down the Bhote Koshi River entering into the isolated and mysterious valley of Rolwaling. In this fascinating valley you can hear the tales of the mysterious snow man the Yeti. In the region bedding (3,694m.) village is the last permanent settlement and the village of Na at 4,100 m is only the summer settlement of these people and the highest access point of the Rolwaling valley trek. This place offers the excellent view of the magnificent mountain ranges like Mt. Makalu, Mt. Gaurishankar and Mt. Everest range, Rolwaling Valley and Rolwaling Himal, views of Pharchamo and Ramdung peak. Since, the region is very close to the Tibetan border here you can see people highly influenced by Tibetan culture and has adopted Unique Culture and Tradition People in the villages are very warm heated and kind.
This trek demands a good walking experience and a physical fitness. Rolwaling valley trek is a restricted trekking route and requires a peaks climbing permit for trekking.

Day 07: We trek from Bigu Gompa to Chailangka (1,923m.)
Day 08: We trek from Caillangka to Kulang (1,890m.)
Day 09: We trek from Kulang to Shalu (1,500m.)
Day 10: We trek from Shalu to Simigaun (1,500m.)
Day 11: We trek from Simigaun to Forest camp (2,800m.)
